​Bedarra House

Bedarra-shirt-website.pngBedarra House is named after Bedarra Island. Bedarra Island is in the middle of Family Islands National Park, situated approximately seven kilometres off the tropical North Queensland coast, midway between Townsville and Cairns. Students in Bedarra House wear the colour blue for house events.





Fitzroy House

Fitzroy-Shirt.pngFitzroy House is named after Fitzroy Island. Fitzroy Island is situated​ approximately 29 km southeast of Cairns and is surrounded by a reef system that forms part of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Nearly all of the continental island is protected within the Fitzr​​oy Island National Park. Students in Fitzroy House wear the colour orange for house events.





Hinchinbrook House

Hinchinbrook-Shirt.pngHinchinbrook House is named after Hinchinbrook Island. Hinchinbrook Island is part of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and wholly protected within the Hinchinbrook Island National Park, except for a small and abandoned resort. It is the largest island on the Great Barrier Reef. It is also the largest island national park in Australia.​ Students in Hinchinbrook House wear the colour green for house events.




Orpheus House​

Orpheus-Shirt.pngOrpheus House is named after Orpheus Island. Orpheus Island is located 45km east of Ingham and is part of the Palm group of islands within ​the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The island was declared a National Park in 1960. Students in Orpheus House wear the colour purple for house events.
